This beautiful and historical mansion is located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. Close to all the major attractions and nightlife that the city has to offer. This is the prime location for all large group gatherings and events.
Built in 1903 for the late tobacco baron Andrew Story Goodrich.
Designed by Milwaukee’s celebrated architect Alexander C. Eschweiler, this three story, gray brick house is a celebration of the British Elizabethan style.
With two private homes inside the mansion you can choose to book the Full Mansion, or just the East Wing or West Wing.
The interior boasts beauitful modern style blended with the historical features of the home.

Ideal for large groups our two winged offering seperate access this beautiful Tudor revival mansion is ideal for large groups and families. Our warm, and stylish mansion is is set one block away from Lake Michigan. Located 2 blocks from "The Hop" station (Free downtown tram.)

10 minutes walk to all the Milwaukee main attractions such as Bradford Beach, Art Museum, Summerfest, Brady St, Water St, 3rd Ward, Milwaukee Yacht Club, Pfizer Forum.
Our full mansion offers seperate wings that each have their own private acccess. Sharing one private driveway that can accomodate 8-10 cars. This results in 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms. Sleeping arranagments are made easy as all our rooms contain well hidden sleeping features such as sofa beds, day beds, tunavistas, along with the kings, queen, and twin beds you will see in the images.
Guests can access the entire mansion (except the basement storage room.)

This listing is for East Wing of the mansion. The mansion has two wings seperated with solid walls and two private entry ways.
Upon entry you will be greeted with a large sunroom featuring a bench and a table that is ideal for morning coffee and reading. Next you will enter a small wet room, before entering a large vestibule with a great location for hanging your jackets and storing your shoes. Additionally our first floor is host to one half bathroom and a large living room.
When ascending the wide 360 degree staircase you will find the second floor that is home to two full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, and beautiful dining room that allows wonderful light from the sun in.
